Claude Paradin emblem, “another hope for life” made last week. I will not tattoo designs other folks have made unless it is one of Claude Paradin’s emblems <3

A little piece of desert in the swamp. Branch of ocotillo, my favorite desert plant. Ocotillo is cool for a billion and one reasons. I love ripping around and seeing them with their feathery fiery red flowering tops, pulling off into a ditch to snack on the petals. Every time I leave home for a bit, and drive back, the first ocotillo plant I see always makes me cry and rejoice w a little chuckle for the deep love I got of the big dry dusty Sonoran desert. I’ll be home in Tucson soon and booking tattoos in the spring at @laquerida_tucson , holler at me to get something. Thanks for having me @the.chariot.tattoo.studio , till next time <3
Daffodils, lily of the valley, and liriope with a decaying cow jaw and gulf fritillary butterfly made in New Orleans at @the.chariot.tattoo.studio ~ this was a fun one! ❣️
Hello sweet New Orleans, I’ll be kicking around the first bit of March on my way back home and I would love to tattoo ya! It’s been a minute since I been around, looking forward to hanging around the swamp for just a few days and hugging the buds. Booking appointments March 8th-10th at @the.chariot.tattoo.studio
If you wanna get tattooed by me, e-mail me at redlittlethread @ gmail.com ~ please include your name, pronouns, idea, size and budget.
This lil tintype was taken the other month to commemorate me and Fig’s 5 year anniversary! Thanks @yoneland
A flowering Globe mallow plant made the other day! I love walking out into my yard and drawing desert flowers from life - would really love to tattoo more desert plants in March, till then I’ll be ripping out east for a quick trip. Will probably try to tattoo for a day in New Orleans beginning of March, so keep you’re dang eyes peeled for that announcement <3
My desire for the last 9 years of tattooing has been to tattoo leopard slugs mating and my dream finally came true. I can hear David Attenborough’s voice and nothing brings me more joy than these slimy little weirdos and their strange slime town. Day after photo on a friend!
If you too are a freaky guy who wants a leopard slug mating tattoo, holler at me. Made at @laquerida_tucson ❣️
Haven’t made flash in a heck of a long time. Here are some antique locks and flowers and bits and bobs for ya :-)
This Friday the 13th, I’ll be tattooing with the sweet people over at @laquerida_tucson ~ flash tattoos from myself and 5 other artists, starting at noon. You can also DM me if you want to secure a spot on Friday before hand.
My tablet pencil broke on me as I was finishing that jawbone, whoops.
I’ve had this thought on my mind a lot since 2020, it found its way onto a lot of art I was making after my dad died, so damn paralyzed in grief. It’s surfaces in my mind often as a reminder. A whole bunch this last year as we all keep fighting and dreaming for better worlds amongst the violence of the one we live in. Hope is a good friend, probably one of my best.
This banner is hand painted, hand sewn hand drawn text. Dark green & turquoise acrylic paint on sand canvas.
This one is not for sale, but if you want one, you should send me a message for a custom banner - same text, same size, custom paint colors
Started this back piece three years ago. The bulk of it was done in two sessions, and we just recently added the wild roses to the shoulders blades to fill it in more. This is one of my favorite projects I’ve worked on with such a sweet badass client. Last two slides are the front of their torso we have also been chipping away at and just recently added some freehanded thorns into.
It’s really heartwarming to see my hand and work, age and change over time and to continue to build onto it over the years. Forever grateful for your trust, tattooing is a goddamn gift.
