Meet the Bell District — Cedar Park’s new back yard.
This 54-acre mixed-use district is transforming a stretch of Bell Boulevard into something the city of Cedar Park has never really had: a central place to gather, play, and connect.
Anchored by the new Cedar Park Library by
@lakeflato and a shady park filled with live oaks and a whimsical playscape by
@monstrum_playgrounds the Bell District will grow to include homes, shops, and offices.
We joined the project to design signage and wayfinding — but also evolved the original identity into a more timeless brand system. The refined wordmark brings out the easy charm of a Main Street, while the color palette nods to the site’s greenspace and trees.
As the library opened and the
@texasfarmersmarket made a move to Bell, we refreshed the website to keep pace with what’s happening on the ground.
A full signage and wayfinding program is on the way, including entry moment, vehicular signage, and a pedestrian sign system that flows into the park and trails beyond.
We’re proud to keep building with
@redleafpartners — longtime partners in shaping people-centered places from Highland in Austin to the Bell District in Cedar Park.
