Loving the glossy tiles with woven fabric. This was a very thin fabric, so we lined with sateen lining to give it body and privacy without losing the light. For @kopfertaylor Using @hanesfabrics @workroom_supply_llc

Luxury is not about adding more. It is about correcting what does not work. This Austin primary bath had generous square footage, but the layout was competing with itself. We eliminated the corner tub, opened up a wall and rebuilt the footprint. The shower was expanded, a bench and handheld were integrated, and the step was removed to create a seamless curbless entry. The architecture now supports the homeowner instead of limiting them. At the vanities, we designed fully custom cabinetry from the inside out. Brass mesh panels introduce texture and warmth. Integrated power, soft close construction, and layered lighting ensure the space functions beautifully at every hour. Natural quartzite countertops with waterfall edges anchor the room with durability and quiet strength. Custom wallcovering, tailored paint, and refined window treatments bring cohesion and depth. Thoughtful renovation is strategic. Execution is everything. If you are planning a primary bath renovation, start with the layout. #LuxuryInteriorDesign #AustinLuxuryDesign #CustomHomeDesign #TexasInteriorDesigner #CyndiHopkinsDesign

No need to mix multiple patterns, you can just mix plaids! The colorway across multiple fabrics creates a subtle build up of texture. For @rewindcreative
