Από μια απλή σίτα… σε ένα γλυπτό.
Υπάρχει κάτι μαγικό στη διαδικασία. Όχι μόνο στο αποτέλεσμα. Στο να ξεκινάς από το τίποτα, να δοκιμάζεις, να αποτυγχάνεις, να ξανασηκώνεσαι και να συνεχίζεις μέχρι κάτι άμορφο να αποκτήσει ταυτότητα.
Αυτή η διαδρομή μου έχει μάθει πειθαρχία. Να επιστρέφω καθημερινά, ακόμα κι όταν δεν έχω έμπνευση. Να εμπιστεύομαι τη διαδικασία, ακόμα κι όταν δεν ξέρω πού θα με οδηγήσει.
Μου έχει μάθει υπομονή. Να αφήνω τον χρόνο να δουλεύει μαζί μου και όχι εναντίον μου. Να σέβομαι κάθε στάδιο, όσο «ατελές» κι αν φαίνεται.
Και κάπου εκεί, ανάμεσα στις στρώσεις, στις υφές και στις διορθώσεις… γίνεται και κάτι άλλο. Η δημιουργία γίνεται ψυχοθεραπεία. Γίνεται χώρος ηρεμίας. Ισορροπία.
Γιατί τελικά δεν φτιάχνουμε μόνο έργα. Φτιάχνουμε και τον εαυτό μας μέσα από αυτά.

From a simple sieve... to a sculpture.
There is something magical about the process. Not only in the result. In starting from nothing, trying, failing, getting back up and continuing until something formless takes on an identity.
This route has taught me discipline. To come back every day, even when I'm not inspired. To trust the process, even when I don't know where it will lead.
It has taught me patience. To let time work with me and not against me. To respect each stage, however "imperfect" it may seem.
And somewhere in there, between the layers, the textures and the corrections... something else happens. Creation becomes psychotherapy. It becomes a place of calm. Balance.
Because after all, we don't just make projects. We also make ourselves through them.

Από το σκιόφως της τραχιάς γυψογάζας και του μεταλλικού πλέγματος, στην καθαρότητα και τη ροή του ιβουάρ υφάσματος. Συμβολίζει τη γυναίκα που σπάει το «καλούπι», που αγκαλιάζει τις ατέλειές της και επιλέγει να κινηθεί ελεύθερα προς το δικό της φως!

✨ An evening full of art, emotion and people I love.
A few days ago the opening of the group exhibition "Opportunity4all" on the @govedarouartgallery in which I participate with one of my artworks took place and my joy still cannot be put into words.
Art has power when shared — and this exhibition also has a beautiful charitable purpose, which makes it even more important to me.
We support the great work of an orphanage here in my city Thessaloniki.
I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for coming, for standing by my side, for making this moment even brighter.

✨ Μια βραδιά γεμάτη τέχνη, συγκίνηση και ανθρώπους που αγαπώ.
Πριν λίγες μέρες έγιναν τα εγκαίνια της ομαδικής έκθεσης " Opportunity4all" στην @govedarouartgallery στην οποία συμμετέχω με ένα έργο μου, και η χαρά μου ακόμη δεν χωράει σε λόγια. Η τέχνη έχει δύναμη όταν μοιράζεται — κι αυτή η έκθεση έχει και έναν όμορφο φιλανθρωπικό σκοπό, κάτι που την κάνει ακόμη πιο σημαντική για μένα.
Στηρίζουμε το έργο του Ορφανοτροφείου θηλέων 'Η ΜΕΛΙΣΣΑ' και το έργο της.
Ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς όλους και όλες που ήρθατε, που σταθήκατε δίπλα μου, που κάνατε τη στιγμή αυτή ακόμη πιο φωτεινή.
