For decades, menopause was treated like a footnote in women’s health. Something women were expected to just power through — quietly, privately, and with very little real guidance. Which is exactly why this meant so much to me. I had the honor of being selected by @hhsgov to moderate a panel on Menopause, Hormone Health, and Longevity at the National Conference on Women’s Health in Washington, DC — a conversation focused on what the latest science actually says about hormones, long-term health, and what women deserve to know as they move through midlife. Cardiovascular risk. Bone health. Brain function. Metabolism. Longevity. These are not niche issues. They are central to women’s health. And yet for years, so many of us were left trying to piece together answers on our own. That search for better information is part of what led me to create @theiconicmidlife — a space dedicated to having smarter, more honest conversations about this stage of life. Standing on that stage with an extraordinary group of experts felt like a powerful reminder that the conversation is finally changing. And honestly? It’s exactly the kind of conversation midlife women should have been invited into a long time ago. #WomensHealth #Menopause #MenopauseMatters HormoneHealth theiconicmidlife

Some moments don’t need commentary. They need context. At the @hollywoodcreativealliance Astra Awards, @sharonstone reminded the room that presence is earned, preparation matters, and success without purpose is hollow. It wasn’t a rant. It was a masterclass. From advocating for activism to recounting exactly how she went after the role that changed her career—this was a reminder that confidence comes from doing the work long before anyone’s watching. Fame fades. Purpose doesn’t. And that’s iconic. #sharonstone #astraawards #midlifewomen #goldenglobes #theiconicmidlife

This week is National Women’s Health Week, and I’ve been reflecting on what an honor it was to moderate the Menopause, Hormone Health & Longevity panel at the inaugural @hhsgov National Conference on Women’s Health. For decades, conversations around menopause, hormone health, prevention, and longevity were minimized, misunderstood, or treated like niche issues instead of the major public health conversations they truly are. Sitting on that stage with leading physicians, researchers, and experts discussing what women actually need to know about their health felt incredibly meaningful — and honestly, long overdue. Grateful to now continue supporting this mission as an official Women’s Health Ambassador with the HHS Office on Women’s Health. The conversation is finally changing. 💜 #NationalWomensHealthWeek #WomensHealth #Menopause #HormoneHealth #Longevity

@carolinestanbury said what a lot of women are thinking… but don’t say out loud. Hormones. Confidence. Marriage. Sex. Reinvention. Aging without apology. And honestly? This conversation goes there. 🎙️ On this episode of @theiconicmidlife , we talk about:– testosterone & hormone replacement– confidence in midlife– relationships and intimacy– younger husbands– beauty, ambition, and refusing to shrink. And yes… she absolutely says the quiet part out loud. 🎧 Episode is live now on @applepodcasts , @spotifypodcasts , @playmorepods , @youtube , and everywhere you listen to podcasts. Comment CAROLINE on this reel, and I’ll DM her full episode to you. #CarolineStanbury #TheIconicMidlife #WomenOver40 #Hormones #menopause

Honored to be selected as an official Women’s Health Ambassador with the @hhsgov Office on Women’s Health. 💜 For far too long, women’s health has been minimized, dismissed, underfunded, or treated like a niche conversation instead of a public health priority. That’s changing. Through my work as a host, journalist, and creator of @theiconicmidlife , I’ve seen how powerful evidence-based information can be for women navigating menopause, hormone health, prevention, longevity, and midlife wellbeing. Knowledge doesn’t just inform women — it changes how they advocate for themselves, how they age, and how they live. Proud to lend my voice to a movement pushing women’s health conversations into the mainstream where they belong. I’ve added the Office on Women’s Health website to my bio for anyone looking for resources, education, and support. ✨ #WomensHealth #NWHW #NationalWomensHealthWeek #Menopause #theiconicmidlife

Not every woman’s motherhood story looks the same. Some are raising babies. Some are raising businesses. Some are raising themselves again after years of putting everyone else first. But the women who love deeply, protect fiercely, show up exhausted, hold families together with invisible labor, survive impossible seasons, reinvent themselves in midlife, and still somehow keep going? That’s power. Today is for the mothers. The stepmothers. The grandmothers. The grieving mothers. The women longing to be mothers. The women doing it without enough help. The women balancing ambition, caregiving, hormones, aging parents, teenagers, careers, marriages, and trying not to lose themselves in the process. And to my own mom — thank you for the love, strength, lessons, and resilience you passed down to me. And to my daughter, the beautiful soul who made me a mom… thank you for changing my life in the most profound way imaginable. Being your mother will always be one of the greatest privileges of my life. Motherhood may not always be glamorous… but the women carrying it are iconic. Happy Mother’s Day. 🩷

Some friendships are built around a version of you that no longer exists. And sometimes the hardest part of growth… is realizing not everyone grows with you. That doesn’t make anyone bad. But it does change things. 🎧 @theiconicmidlife

After interviewing so many incredibly successful women, one thing surprised me… It’s not confidence. It’s movement. They don’t wait until they feel ready. They move—and figure it out after. #theiconicmidlife

@thelondonweho Devil Sips Tea afternoon tea… and yes, it’s as fun as it looks. Invited in to experience it and instantly loved the whole vibe— mini red carpet moments, fashion details everywhere, champagne, and the kind of tea service that feels a little extra (in the best way). I mean, it is based on The Devil Wears Prada 2. Dressed the part, leaned in, and made an afternoon out of it. And you can too until June 28th. Honestly… this is how you do tea 🫖

There’s this idea that at some point… you’re supposed to stop caring. About how you look. How you show up. How you’re seen. I’m not subscribing to that. If anything, it gets more intentional.
