Customer Testimonial Joe has been working with RecoverE.NY for 6 weeks now, Joe came in originally due to Forward Head Posture (FHP) is a habitual neck position characterized by the improper alignment of the neck, typically seen alongside Upper Crossed Syndrome. This involves excessive arching of the upper neck vertebrae and a forward shift in the cervical vertebrae. Additionally, the combination of hunched shoulders and a rounded upper back can lead to a condition known as Thoracic Kyphosis. After 6 weeks we have increased his range of motion and flexibility in the neck and shoulders and helped relieve any discomfort he was feeling.

What is Infrared light therapy ? Innovative treatments, like infrared light therapy, are being explored to help patients dealing with both short-term and long-term pain. This therapy employs specific light wavelengths directed at injured areas of the body. Unlike harmful ultraviolet light, infrared light encourages cell repair and regeneration, improving blood circulation for quicker healing of deep tissues and effective pain relief. How does it work ? Infrared light can deeply penetrate the skin, reaching depths of approximately 2 to 7 centimeters, allowing it to access muscles, nerves, and even bones. Extensive research indicates that using infrared light within a frequency range of 700 to 1,000 nanometers is particularly effective in addressing and healing inflammatory conditions.
