The Rezillos - ‘I can’t stand my baby’.
This 7-inch version is way punchier than the album version btw. Great punkish powerpop (Faye Fife is the singer!) from Scotland!
The Slits - Peel Sessions (45 rpm version).
This is ‘pre Cut’ Slits music. Punky and rough and the reggae vibes (and the Dennis Bovell production) were not present in the mix yet.

Back from the fair with 6 boxes of tasty titles. Not as many as last year.. but the quality and overall “heaviness” of the titles themselves have doubled, so I guess that makes up for it. This editions theme appears to have been multiple copies.. I don’t know how or why, it just happened. The biggest and most sincere thank you to all buyers, traders and colleagues. The records bought and sold this weekend are really almost secondary to the reuniting with old and the meeting of new friends. As always a big thank you to everyone at the fair including the @recordplanet team.
A nice taste of new arrivals to come for the shop between now and the coming weeks, but please no inquiries at this time; I’ve yet to clean and price most of these up.. 95% of these titles are NM (or at worst EX) :) stunning copies all around!
