Accessibility is a journey and we're on it with @londoncityair Accessibility isn’t about reaching perfection overnight. But you do need to understand where you are today, prioritise what matters and aim for continuous improvement. Using the Recite Me Accessibility Checker, the team audited its digital estate, identified accessibility gaps and built a roadmap focused on the pages passengers rely on most. You can’t do nothing. You can’t do everything. But you do need to take proportionate action and document your journey. Because for passengers, accessible digital experiences can make the difference between seeing the world and staying home. #Accessibility #DigitalAccessibility #GAAD2026

On Thursday, before the IHR Supplier Awards, our Partnerships Manager, Sami Hobson, spent the day at HR Technologies in London, a tech-focused event for HR and talent leaders. It was a great opportunity to catch up with partners, make new connections, and hear how digital transformation in HR is continuing to accelerate change across the workplace. #HRTech #DigitalTransformation #Recruitment #FutureOfWork

Last night, we attended the IHR Supplier Awards 🏆 It was brilliant to catch up with Hector and Deborah from Reach, and Peter from Eploy / Access Group. We were proud to be shortlisted for two awards: Candidate Experience Enabler and DE&I Enabler. These nominations reflect our ongoing work to improve the candidate journey, making it more accessible and inclusive from first visit through to application and beyond. Congratulations to all the finalists and winners, especially our partners Tribepad and Equitas for their wins 🎉 #InclusionInAction #Recruitment #Accessibility #CandidateExperience

The DOJ has extended the ADA Title II digital accessibility deadlines ⏳ Larger organisations now have until April 2027, while smaller organisations have until April 2028. However, the expectation has not changed. WCAG 2.1 AA is still the standard, and the people who rely on your digital services still need access today. This extra time gives organisations the opportunity to take a more structured approach. It allows teams to understand where they stand and start making steady progress. You can't do nothing. You can't do everything. But you can take the correct action and document every step of the journey. The deadline has moved, but the direction has not. #DigitalAccessibility #ADA #TitleII #PublicSector #Inclusion

“Less confusion and fewer complaints” ✅ For MySycous, that’s what making content more accessible has led to. By giving users the ability to translate content clearly, they’ve made it easier for people to understand information. A good example of how accessible websites don’t just support users, they support your team too. #DigitalInclusion #Accessibility #CustomerExperience #ReciteMe
