Completed and on the market. Thank you to everyone involved who went over and above. The integration of a swimming pool into the dwelling structure , the high ceilings, feature open staircase with greenery below, the sunny roof terrace with sunset views and the lush tropical landscaping have made these homes a true oasis by the sea.
Lazy Sundays made cosy in the Victorian Alps. The timber lined ceilings, brick hearth, dark timber flooring and VJ panel joinery add warmth and timelessness to the interior space
Covid, supply chain materials shortages, workforce shortages, unprecedented construction cost increases and famous Melbourne weather all tried to stop us but we got there in the end.
15 of these 17 townhouses will now enter a very under supplied rental market, whilst the other 2 townhouses have been sold to owner occupiers who will soon move in to their new homes.
This marks the end of a 7 year process with this site, starting in 2017 when we purchased the property and amended the planning permit from apartments to townhouses before selling it to an international consortium and then buying it back from them a few years later and taking the scary decision to commence the development ourselves as Covid began to take hold.
We must thank Commonwealth Bank for their unwavering support and putting their faith in us and the project when there were so many unknowns at the time
Some more artisit’s impressions of our Palm Beach Duplex Design thanks to @reality_3d
The roof terrace is a real show stopper with those views out to the ocean
