I’ve always enjoyed @aliciabooks books but IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY hit me like none other. This book will forever be engrained in my heart. When Jess is mugged after a bad date, she wakes up in Ireland and meets Eamonn - her bad dates brother 🥴 Jess and Eamonn had my heart from the moment they met. The chemistry between the two was so electric that I found myself blushing while reading. Alicia did a superb job with the setting because I really felt like I was in Ireland. My only critique is that I wanted to spend more time with these two. I could read a thousand pages of Jess and Eamonn. I really hope Alicia continues with magical realism because she knocked this one out of the park. 💬 where would you want to randomly wake up in?

@lanafergusonwrites books will never cease to amaze me. THE FINAL SCORE brings us back two characters from THE GAME CHANGER that I desperately wanted more of - Abby and Jack! Jack is our reformed playboy and is ooey gooey underneath his shell. Abby is our strong FMC who doesn’t put up with Jack’s bs and tbh, as she shouldn’t! I loved the contrast between Jack’s nonchalant personality and his deep emotion scenes. The characters were multi-faceted and the story has so much dimension. THE FINAL SCORE is sexy, smart, hilarious and one hell of a ride. It has that classic Lana spice BUT the emotional and dramatic scenes were just as good. No matter the scene, Lana kills it. I’ll be keeping my self-appointed title of Lana Ferguson Fan Club President™️👑 💬 Do you tend enjoy the first in a series or it’s sequels more?

I think it’s safe to say that 2026 is the summer of magical realism and ROMANTIC HERO is no exception. ROMANTIC HERO had me laughing, smiling and maybe a little teary eyed at parts 🥹 Gertie was a pushover and when River showed up, he was exactly what she needed. He saw her for who she was and helped her stand up for herself. I was a little nervous on how we would get our HEA but I knew I should’ve never had an inkling of doubt because @kirsty_greenwood delivered like she always does. The ending was everything I could have ever wanted 🤠 Pick this one up to enjoy a cozy and funny romcom with a big helping of magical realism ✨ 💬 how was your weekend?

Jack and Poppy are so so hot… if you can’t take the heat, stay out of the kitchen 🫡 @authorgracereilly first non-sports romance book had me eating out of the palm of her hand. YES, CHEF is filled with banter between a very grumpy (borderline mean) chef and a sunshine influencer. There was obvious chemistry between the two and the slow burn kept me wanting more. The detail in the chef/cooking terminology was incredible. At times it felt that I was even learning some new skills 🤪 This is the perfect book for anyone in the mood for 🍽️ grumpy x sunshine 🍽️ workplace romance 🍽️ forced proximity 🍽️ enemies to lovers YES, CHEF is out July 21. THE SOMEDAY GARDEN is set against the backdrop of the beautiful Lilymoor Manor and was beautifully written with so much depth and emotion. We get to see our FMC Sophie navigate grief, healing and finding love. Our MMC, Rus had me swooning with his growth and affection for Sophie. @maggienorthauthor delivers a fresh and fun romance this summer with FOSSIL FEUD 🦖 FOSSIL FEUD is a STEMinist romance about two rival paleontologists who are forced to team up had me wanting more more more! I should’ve known a book with the main character named after THE Ripley (iykyk) would be an instant hit with me. And then you have James. 👓🥵 Both our main characters have baggage and are flawed but that’s what makes them so loveable. If you’re looking for a fun read, pick this one up immediately! Two things I absolutely love: books that @hellohollyjames writes and ghosties come together for a bingeable read full of whimsy and heart. With a topic like afterlife and death that can easily turn very dark, YOU’LL BE THE DEATH OF ME was lighthearted, fun and heart-warming. Dell is my spirit animal with her lists and staying on schedule. She really helped me to step back and take a look at myself with the reminder to slow down and enjoy life. Cole is just oh so sweet. I want to protect him from anything and everything. This was one of my most anticipated reads of the year and it far exceeded my expectations. I will continue to beg @avonbooks for a physical arc AND yell about how great this book is because I love it so much. Pre-order now and pickup in stores August 11! 💬 do you like stories with ghost?
