Coffee tastings sound intimidating, but they are not.
Last evening I was at a cupping session with @catalyst_roasters at this lovely cafe @geckocoffeehouse . We tasted the single origins and their blends.
My winner for the night was a blackberry co-ferment. Iāve always been drawn to fruity coffees and this one blew me away. Close second was Moonshine. Can you imagine watermelon flavour in a coffee?
Catalyst are know for their amazing single origin blends and now I know why I keep going back to them!
