DONA ‼️disponível em todas as plataformas de streaming ‼️ Este projecto é uma compilação de músicas cujo os temas orbitam em torno do complexo maternal e os seus efeitos. Aqui são evidentes os conflitos com a Imagem maternal e como a deidificação desta esparsa para a minha atitude com o feminino no geral, isto é, a forma como me relaciono com as mulheres. Esta deidificação é inconsciente primeiramente; inconsciente, pois a vitimização que as músicas denunciam indiretamente revelam que já me posicionei numa narrativa maniqueísta em que os grilhões maternais são o arquétipo do mal. Neste posicionamento inferior, de vítima, desejo que os meus quereres sejam concedidos ao invés de conquistados, tal a influência que o complexo tem sobre mim. À luz disto, não é de espantar que na música DONA, as minhas tentativas vãs de me envolver românticamente com uma mulher tenha um carácter suplicativo. O projecto acaba com uma vontade de ruptura desta minha posição. Revelou-se-m’insustentável viver como se a minha voz ocupasse espaço físico. Daí a conclusão com a VOZ DUM TIMORATO. Agora vivo o que prometia nessa música, um dos sinais de q’estou na linha ascendente da vida. Até já🌠

It’s been one week since the release of my new album *“Charly plays Petrucciani”* 🥳 A tribute to @petruccianimichel whose music have influenced and marked my life! The album contains personal arrangements sometimes with not just my trio but also saxophone 🎷, trumpet 🎺 string quartet 🎻 I’m deeply grateful and thrilled to have had the chance to collaborate with the incredibly talented @razallax for the cover of this album 🎨 Ruben also made covers for all of @resolutetrio albums and lots of beautiful videos 📹 #jazzpiano #painting #jazzinparis #michelpetrucciani

It’s funny because my desires explore themselves like a liquid spilled on a table. This because nothing has yet frozen into a form. Neither my art, nor what I want to say to the world, nor my sustainability, much less my survival. From sips of green tea that balances out my hoarse damage from wind and beer, I strive to find the lesson of organization in chaos. The cold in the heat and the boiling in the freshness. Turmeric with barley and black pepper with gas. The desire to warm the brown skins of Brazilian rhythms with the coldness expressed by the fact that I am an Armenian of Light, with a purpose to refine and a lamp to fix. A personal calling because these 28 years prove to show that no matter how many punches you throw at the door… only you can rebuild it.
