3/15/26 — From Red Earth Drive on the Meskwaki Settlement, an invitation to share my poetry with the Iowa Poetry Association (IPA). While a student at South Tama High School in 1968-1969, I published my early poem with Lyrical Iowa, an IPA publication. Yes, we’re looking forward to this engagement, with new poems and several tribal word-songs.

12/23/25 -- From Red Earth Drive on the Meskwaki Settlement. For several weeks now we've been working on a website. Basically, it's a place where my past and present publications will be in one spot and accessible. After fifty plus years of publishing tribal-based poetry, stories, and essays, things can get a bit complicated. That said, more work is needed on editing and adding photographs, new ones, and providing some work samples. This will eventually include drafting the first entry on the blog for rayyoungbear.com.

9/3/25 -- A recent exchange of thoughts and ideas between Ray Young Bear and "Mr. Gizmo, A.I." regarding an object that's reportedly blazing this way at phenomenal speed. Yes, we can all wildly imagine at what might in the end be nothing more than an optical illusion. We said this before, of course, but we'll say it again for the record: "UFOs are masters of deception, illusion, and mind trickery."

8/15/25 -- "The Geological Implications of Limestone and its Hypothetical Relationships with UFOs and Controlled Volcanic Eruptions," is an essay by Ray Young Bear, Meskwaki writer, regarding ongoing global land-shifting, all necessary in an effort by a sentient Earth to stabilize Man's pollution through the Arc volcanoes.
