As everyone shares their yearly highlights, I wanted to share some of my learnings. 💫
This year I spent a lot of time in the air .. enough time to reflect on a few things.
ONE:
2025 taught me a lot about love. It doesn’t follow plans or timelines. You can’t force it, and if the timing isn’t right, it won’t work out - no matter how much effort you put into it. I also learned that connection doesn’t always mean compatibility, and that’s okay.
TWO:
Living away from home reshaped my idea of what “home” even is. You don’t really have just one .. you collect pieces of it across the world. Every departure makes you grow, and every return reminds you what you missed.
THREE:
I also learned that self-care sometimes looks like choosing yourself, and that giving to others works best when you don’t forget to invest in your own growth.
Some growth this year was quiet. Some was uncomfortable. Big dreams come with real sacrifices. My priorities became clearer: health, time, growth, travel, and quality moments with people I love.
A lot ended this year. A lot is beginning. I’m welcoming it all.
