There is nothing quite like a Mum in her element. This Mother’s Day, we sat down with two of our own - RAYS Head of People & Culture Brenda, and Brisbane Patient Support Team Lead Tai - and asked them what wellness actually looks like when life is full of love, chaos, and everything in between.
What they shared was honest, unfiltered, and refreshingly real about what changes when you finally start putting yourself first - an encouraging reminder that the journey to wellness rarely looks linear.

Women hold a strong presence across our senior leadership team, shaping both the experience within our dispensaries and the standards guiding us behind the scenes. But leadership isn’t limited to titles.
We see it every day in the women across our team - supporting patients, guiding conversations and navigating complexity with professionalism and intention.
We also want to acknowledge the women in our RAYS patient community that walk through our doors and advocate for their health, showing up with strength even while navigating chronic conditions and their own health journey.
Today is about recognising that influence in every form it takes - within our team and across our wider community - and continuing to build an environment where women feel confident to lead their health, their careers, their families and their communities.
