Pogo’s 5th Barkday 🎉 Pogo was a gift, that was given to Mamo @putrindarembulan as a pre graduation gift from Papo @rax.shine 🎁 — Pogo adopted from a loving house from Papo’s friend in elementary school, we go all the way back. We chose the name Pogo from a character in @umbrellaacad — Pogo was the protector of the house, so that he could protect us from any potential harms. Which he did, we wished Pogo was slightly taller so he could study at K9 school 🤪 Years went by, he glued us together, he was the witness of our relationship, our dreams, our hard work, our life, he even cried whenever he saw his pawrents having an argumentation. His tails wiggles every time he heard us nearby, he craved his “daily hug” every morning and every night, he loves his Pup Cup from Starbucks, he loves to greet everyone a good morning by a kiss and a pat on his head, he needed to feel seen by all people who came by, he loves Yangti’s massage on his back, he loves to snuggle, he loves to give comforts for those who are in need. He understands.. and he taught us unconditional love— to give without expecting anything in return. He made sure everybody’s at the house asleep before he sleeps too. He snores so that we’d hugged him tighter. He is a very kind and loving dog. He might bark at you — only to protect his Mamo Papo and now, Genesis. But then he’ll ask for a hug or a tug and play. 🤗 We never know what is his purpose in this life really is, but we pray that God gives us a looong time with him. Every grey hair that we found in his fur reminds us that one day he’ll go and we’ll be separated, but until then Mamo always said to Pogo: “you came here with a purpose, and I hope, that purpose was to grow old with us.. temenin kita terus ya, Mas. We didn’t celebrate with champagne or candlelight — we celebrated with guitars screaming through the night, @daveghrol ’s voice ripping through the air, the crowd roaring, raw and loud. Reminding us what it feels to be alive. We sang our lungs out, goosebumps in every chorus, and smiled at each other in disbelief that we were there, at a moment we’ll never forget. But for me, last night wasn’t just about our anniversary. It felt surreal, it was a full-circle moment. I was 7 years old, in my school uniform, waiting for the school bus at 6:30 while MTV and O Channel blasted rock into my sleepy little world. That’s how these guys entered my life. 🦅 And maybe it was inevitable. My late father used to rock the stage in the 90s, he left riffs and echoes in my DNA. To stand there, decades later, watching Foo Fighters return to Indonesia after 30 long years, with @rax.shine by my side — it felt like love, memory, and legacy all colliding in one spectacular night. ✨🪐 That’s how we celebrated 9 years. And honestly, in times like these, I wouldn’t have it any other way. To my husband, The day I decided to be your wife, I thought it would be just us for the rest of our lives. The objective was to live with you as simple as “aku mau kita satu, janji untuk bersama sampai rambut kita berdua berubah warna,” — Nothing more nothing less, but things took a major turn when we found out that two lines on the test we received on December 2024. Pregnant with a baby that was made with love on our 8th year anniversary, it was way too hopelessly romantic. In my silent week, I was shock & I thought God must have other plans to enrich our forever, so He added one more member, therefore it will never be just us two. It’s a miracle for us to have a baby, eight years together but never crossed our minds that we’ll be parents one day. In approx two months, we’ll be welcoming our first born. Oh God, she will be the prettiest, the smartest, the main source of joy, the mini version of us, the happiest she will ever be because she’s ours and we are hers. Hey I’m scared and excited too at the same time, but I am glad I got to spend this with you. When I took a vow to do forever, this indescribable feeling is exactly how I imagined it to be.
