Palazzo Citterio - Milan Design Week 2026.
Looking at the Uzbek bread stamps, we realized that the making of these tools is a craft in its own right. The careful and meticulous arrangement of nails makes these utensils truly unique. Though purely functional, their function itself becomes decorative.
Many of the traditional stamps show geometric patterns of flowers, which inspired us to create an image based on the structure of leaves from the studies of Joseph Paxton, a Victorian gardener who became an engineer.
