I have such a deep appreciation for women and I wouldn’t be in this position without them. I know the creative space in Toronto isn’t always the safest for female creatives and since I have been given a leadership position, I want to continue to create opportunity for female creatives in a safe and respectful way. I want to create an environment in which we are productive, providing feedback in a respectful way, growing our skill set together, and most importantly, having fun!
