3 weeks away. Eating out every single day. And I nearly didnāt post my post holiday check in photosā¦
But, this version of me is the happiest Iāve been with my mindset around food, physique and balance. Iām not as lean, no, but that comes back.
I want a body that looks good, feels good and still allows me to LIVE. Not extremes. Not punishment. Not all or nothing.

That guilt around slowing down. The feeling that if you miss a session, take a rest day, sleep more, or do less cardio⦠youāll suddenly lose progress.
But your body doesnāt build a physique from being in a constant state of stress. Recovery is where your body actually adapts. Itās where muscle is repaired.
Hormones regulate.
Digestion improves.
Energy comes back.

I didnāt spend 3 weeks āoff trackā. I ate well most of the time, stayed active, and actually enjoyed myself.
So coming home doesnāt mean fixing anything. It just means getting back into my normal routine. If your results only exist when everything is perfect⦠theyāre not built to last.
