20kg of muscle gainā€¼ļø @calebroberts627 has been on the team for a long time now šŸ˜… and honestly, the level of progress he’s achieved still blows my mind šŸ¤ÆšŸ‘šŸ¼ But this didn’t happen by accident… It came from taking the process seriously, showing up consistently, training with intent, and sticking to the plan even when motivation wasn’t always there. Because of that hard work, he’s built himself into a position most people dream about. Growing phases with 1,000g+ carbs šŸššŸš€ and still staying in control when it’s time to diet down. That’s what happens when you spend enough time doing the basics properly: Consistency compounds. Progress becomes predictable. Your physique changes completely. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ Most people massively underestimate what they can achieve in 1–2 years with the right structure, training, nutrition, and accountability. If you’re ready to build serious size, improve performance, and finally stop guessing with your training and nutrition… DM me or enquire through the link in bio and let’s get to work šŸ”„

My natural transformation… 2 years and 20kg between these photos and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. The fear of ā€œlosing it allā€ when coming off anabolics is completely normal. But I’m here to show you that, when done properly, it doesn’t have to become your reality. Yes, I’m a coach. Yes, I’ve helped clients successfully navigate this transition for years. But the biggest difference comes down to knowledge, structure, and experience. I see so many people completely butcher both anabolic use and the transition away from it… so it’s no surprise the process becomes miserable physically and mentally. Now? I maintain this physique effortlessly. I can auto-regulate my training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle without obsession, while actually enjoying life more than ever. That’s the goal. Not just looking good temporarily but building a physique and lifestyle you can truly sustain. How do you think I did with the transition? If you’re struggling with the same process or have questions about making the move properly, drop me a DM and let’s chat. #Testosterone #Hormones #Men #Natural #Coach

3 weeks away. Eating out every single day. And I nearly didn’t post my post holiday check in photos… But, this version of me is the happiest I’ve been with my mindset around food, physique and balance. I’m not as lean, no, but that comes back. I want a body that looks good, feels good and still allows me to LIVE. Not extremes. Not punishment. Not all or nothing. Just building habits, muscle, health and routines that still work in real life 🫶 1kg up isn’t bad either tbf🤣 šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø @raw.coaching

The weeks people avoid checking in are usually the weeks they need support the most. Not because they’ve ā€œfailedā€ā€¦But because real life happened. Most women think they need to disappear until they’ve had a ā€œperfectā€ week again. But sustainable results are built in the middle of real life, not in perfect conditions. A huge part of it is learning how to navigate stress without spiralling, enjoying food without guilt, building a body that looks good AND feels good, creating the habits you can actually maintain long term. You do not need to be perfect to make progress. You need support, awareness and the ability to keep showing up through the hard weeks too. That’s the difference between temporary results… and a lifestyle. šŸ“„Message me ā€œHELPā€ if you want help building results in a way that actually fits your real life x šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø @raw.coaching

Comment ā€˜PCOS’ for my free fat loss guide ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ Because having hormonal issues shouldn’t feel like a life sentence or stop you getting the body you deserve When Iysha came to me she had less than optimal blood work, poor hormonal clearance, gut disfunction, bloating, high blood sugars and very very stubborn fat loss Instead of bullying the fat off (which never works btw), we addressed the root causes, supplementation for the right mechanics, the correct food for her body and training that actually built her the body she wants Forever proud of transformations like this, because this isn’t just about regaining confidence in your physique on the outside, it starts and ends with transforming it on the inside We are only half way through this journey but it’s just a snippet into the impact we’re having all day every day ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ #pcos #pcosweightloss #pcostransformation #pcosdiet #womenshealth

Just because a routine works for someone else or worked in the past… doesn’t always mean it’s right for you. There’s so much noise online telling women they need to train more, push harder and do everything perfectly to be healthy. But if your routine doesn’t fit your lifestyle, stress levels, hormones and current season of life… it probably won’t last. I was speaking to a client recently who realised she didn’t need to become the ā€œold versionā€ of herself again to feel good and get results. We just needed to find what health and wellness looks like for her now and that’s the journey we’re on now. If you feel stuck between wanting results and wanting freedom… message me and let’s find your version of looking and feeling good 🫶 šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø @raw.coaching

Most people separate strength, conditioning, and performance… But the best physiques usually come from combining all three. This was today’s 10-minute post-lift finisher designed to build conditioning, athleticism, and work capacity without wasting hours on cardio. 10 MIN AMRAP: • 10 Cal Bike • 10 Burpee Box Jumps • 10 KB Swings • 20m Farmer Carry Simple. Effective. Athletic. šŸ¤šŸ¼ Perfect at the end of a full body session to improve fitness, increase calorie output, and keep performance high while building muscle. Want my full downloadable full-body training plan with strength, hypertrophy & conditioning built in? Comment ā€œFULL BODYā€ and I’ll send it over šŸ”„

Are you scared to rest because you think you’ll lose your physique…? I think this is something so many women struggle with… I have this conversation a lot. That guilt around slowing down. The feeling that if you miss a session, take a rest day, sleep more, or do less cardio… you’ll suddenly lose progress. But your body doesn’t build a physique from being in a constant state of stress. Recovery is where your body actually adapts. It’s where muscle is repaired. Hormones regulate. Digestion improves. Energy comes back. Rest isn’t falling off. It’s part of creating a body and mindset that’s actually sustainable🫶 Learning to rest properly can genuinely change your progress x šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø @raw.coaching

You shouldn’t feel like you need to undo your life every time you enjoy it. I didn’t spend 3 weeks ā€œoff trackā€. I ate well most of the time, stayed active, and actually enjoyed myself. So coming home doesn’t mean fixing anything. It just means getting back into my normal routine. If your results only exist when everything is perfect… they’re not built to last. If you always feel like you’re starting over, you’re not alone. I’ve lived in that mindset too. It’s something you can learn. And it changes everything. šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø @raw.coaching
