I feel incredibly fortunate to have met @arrahman , and even more so to have gifted him a ‘Bobbili’ Veena. This isn’t just a memory for me—it’s a moment my entire family celebrated together 😊 What a way to begin 2026 !

Had the privilege of meeting Chan Tai Lee, the mind behind this raw, profoundly human story called Fight for Tomorrow— a gangster/Muay Thai sports drama that’s ultimately about fathers and sons !
What stayed with me most was his emphasis on drama as the spine of any story. Even in the thick of action, he asks — “Why should they fight?” — a question that turns every punch into emotion.
All fight sequences exude experience from writing Ip Man series. Among other things, he shared what he’d do differently with an unlimited budget, how did he resist the temptation of a backstory and of course, the jaw-dropping fact that this entire feature was shot in just 19 days.
Hong Kong cinema’s pace and precision is truly unmatched. Thank you for the inspiration @chantailee

Blessed to have met my most fav artist @sonunigamofficial , legendary singer, whose songs I grew up to! His songs were the ones I would choose to sing, as a kid, irrespective of occasion and celebration. I still remember singing “Zindagi Maut Na Banjaye” (a tad too serious for a classroom vibe ) from the film ‘Sarfarosh’ in front of Professors and friends 😬😅 . After decades, to see him sing in live, 5 feet away, is unbelievable! I spoke to him for a quick minute or so, blabbered everything I could (a short origin story of my name 😋). He listened, smiled and gave me a core memory ! Grateful for this. Thank you @dankitchopra@timeoutwithankit for the opportunity!!
