Ras Plant Based - An all vegan Ethiopian restaurant + bar in Brooklyn with the best vibes. I stopped by Ras last weekend and I was so excited to try their weekend-only brunch menu! Everything was so delicious from their Mac & Cheese, French Toast, and Ras Breakfast Platter. I honestly can’t choose a favorite dish because it was all so good but I would say a must try is their Ethiopian breakfast and the Mac. Everything was packed with so much flavor and seasoned to perfection. I highly recommend going here for their brunch, dinner, or even just for the amazing drinks.
