But I’m blessed with so much travel and adventure that I want to capture in my own way. So this trip I’m inviting myself to step out of my comfort zone. With a valued presence in both the industry and community, Freitas’ talent is influential and sought after in multiple arenas within the dance world. Founder of OMEGA Flow Floorwork, a training program, company, and curriculum for dancers worldwide. While her training program is not exclusive to womxn, it stands as a space of integrity for them to learn and grow. 💐@ntegrityinmotion Leading this year we had to do its. Her leadership, resilience, light & strength to nurture the next generation is BGC. BIO: Connecticut native has been dancing since the age of seven. Her love for dance has grown each and every year.
