New artist announcement 𝙍𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖 (Ghent) Rare Mamba is a Belgian DJ and producer from Ghent, known for his techno-oriented, high-energy sets and productions. He has built a reputation in the underground scene with hypnotic, groove-driven music based on layered live percussion and deep bass. He’s recently released a burst of fresh tracks and is gaining traction through releases on multiple respected labels, as well as frequent bookings at techno events in Belgium and beyond. His tracks appear on various compilations and vinyl and digital releases across techno collectives and labels, ranging from hard grooves to deep, textured sounds. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Roots and can’t wait to share what’s coming next!

Story time: When i started this project “Rare Mamba” the label Molekül had such a big impact on the sound i was going for. Listening every release on repeat and dissecting every track. I had the shirt, the vinyls, their name up on my mirror on a post-it. I told my brother, this is my goal, this is the label I NEED to release on one day. Here we are, EXACTLY 1 year later. My first vinyl release on my dream label. Work hard, stay patient, and manifest, but mostly hard work 😁 Thanks for the trust @molekul_records 🖤

The only groove i know 🫡

25 was a wild ride. My first Rare Mamba release, first international gigs, played my biggest hometown clubs, moved into my own appartment, met amazing people along the way. 26 about to be crazy, first vinyl releases, some cool gigs in the pipeline, more love, more creativity, more fun and health. Can’t wait, and i could only dream about how fast things suddenly went with this project. Thank you all for the support!
