And a happy Mochi Monday! Mochi is being incredibly patient with Mulan, waiting for her to step out of her shell and finally trust her bigger sister. She’s been nothing but chill about having a new cat in the house, if anything she’s a little too curious and friendly when she sees her, so we’ll be continuing to give Mulan her space for a little bit as they get used to each other. I predict these two are gonna get along like peas in a pod! ❤️

Floof Friday incoming! Yesterday, Mulan and Mochi met each other without a fence for the first time! Mochi was really impatient to know her, but Mulan is a little diva and she needs a bit more acclimation time so we’ll give her space for a couple more days before trying again ❤️

Yesterday I sang on stage to an audience for the first time since probably what, 1993…? It was nerve-racking, and exhilarating, and joyful and euphoric. Here I am, reclaiming my voice, rewriting my own internal narrative around it, and telling dysphoria to fuck off while I’m having fun. If you had told me that a year ago, I would have laughed in your face. The journey truly takes us to parts unknown, and enriches us at every step.
