Here’s a push workout I hit the other day that’s been great for building strength, size, and overall athleticism. 💥 A lot of people think bulking means only lifting heavy and moving slow, but I still like keeping explosive and controlled movements in my training to stay functional and athletic while putting on size. Certified turtle workout 🐢🥊 Today’s posterior workout was pretty nice. It’s always good to switch things up throughout the weeks 🙌 These are the type of workouts I enjoy because they keep me consistent with strength growth, athleticism, and overall movement 🥷🏻 • Weighted pull up (BW + 110lbs) 4x4 • Zercher RDL (185lbs) 3x5 • Prone barbell row (185lbs) 4x10 • Standing lat pulldown (80lbs) 4x10 • Single leg RDL (40lbs) 3x12 • Calf raise (80lbs) 4x20 Try this out and lmk how you like it 🤝

Started posting just to keep myself accountable and treating it that way helped me level up fast. I still do, just now with more intention to share.
