I was taught this move over a year ago by @sean.and.alyssa . Back then, I really struggled with it, but I was stubborn enough to keep going. I threw it into every social dance I could and practiced it so much that the bruises literally never had time to heal. For five months straight.
Once I finally felt somewhat comfortable, I started using it less in socials. Fast forward to this weekend: I remembered it and thought “Well… guess it’s time to bring this into comps.”
So here we are. Round two.
Same move, fresh knee bruises.
