Cream Cheese Whipped: Our classic fluffy roll topped with a cloud of tangy cream cheese frosting.
Caramel Pecan: Toasted, crunchy, deeply buttery topped with chopped pecans.
Both flavors are served swimming in a puddle of warm, gooey caramel. They're messy, decadent, and hugeeee (about 3in x 3in)!!!

The hospitality started before we even got through the door. Our car struggled getting into the parking space, and the whole team including Chef Chavi came down from the roof deck to help push. Bayanihan right from the very start.
As someone who grew up near the Mountain Province, the flavors and traditions at Baguio Mountain Man felt deeply familiar, I'm happy to have experienced them again.
We honestly expected small-portion fine dining (we didn't do our research haha), but the personalized menu was so generous (lamon talaga) we were full before desserts were even served.
They’re fully booked for private dining until December, but we joined one of their "mixers" where you dine family-style with strangers. Honestly, we didn't expect to have that much fun "extroverting," but we ended up hugging everyone goodbye by the end of the night.
Huge thanks to Chef Chavi, Millie, Buhay, and the team for being such incredible hosts. If you’re heading up north, this is an experience you can’t miss.
