« J’ai pas dansé… je vais avoir tout perdu. » C’est la phrase que j’entends souvent avant un festival ou une compète. Et pourtant… Tu n’oublies pas comment danser. Ce que tu oublies, c’est une chose essentielle : Ta MÉMOIRE CORPORELLE. Et oui, ton corps a une mémoire. Pas celle qui réfléchit, ni celle qui analyse. Une mémoire instinctive. Celle qui fait que : - ton pied repart tout seul sur le bon timing - ton corps retrouve le groove sans réfléchir - tu reconnectes… sans savoir comment En danse, ce n’est pas ton niveau qui disparaît. C’est ton accès à ce niveau qui diminue temporairement. Parce que oui, la reprise est parfois floue. Tu te sens “moins bien”. Mais en réalité : tu n’as rien perdu, tu es en train de te reconnecter. Ton corps sait. Il a juste besoin de retrouver de l’espace. Pourquoi je t’en parle ? Parce que beaucoup de peurs sont liées au fait de faire des pauses. Et parce que cette vidéo est issue d’une danse que j’ai faite après une pause de 3 mois. Là, je repars en festival après 4 mois sans vraiment avoir dansé. Mon plan ? Faire confiance à mon corps, Avoir très envie de retrouver les sensations que seul le WCS me procure, Être OK que ça demande plusieurs danses pour me reconnecter à la musique et à un partenaire, Sourire et aimer d’être là.
