on 26/4 we will host a new edition of our special dinners - this time featuring handmade couscous.
There is hardly a dish that is dear to me as this. As a child, I was waiting for it again and again, and now I’m happy to share it with you, in Ran’s Kantine.
We will follow the recipe that is passed in my family - slowly steaming the semolina and repeating the sieveing process several times.
The couscous will be served with a warm, spring-vegetable soup.
With fresh salads for starters and a refreshing semifreddo for dessert.
