It took 15 years to figure it out, but now I know that adult ADHD is not a trend.
Turns out I was self medicating and ended up looking to plants for help. I’ve learned a few tricks over the years to help manage the symptoms and I’d like to share them with you. Stay tuned for the release of a new tea addition coming to our bump bar menu.

Our tea room is blooming with an evolutionary change that we are so grateful to share with you. You will notice some of the ways we’ve stepped up our game in our upcoming posts. Though, before we start showing off, it feels necessary to send some shout out’s for a few of the lovely people that have helped our Random Tea Room to shine brightly.
We’ve fostered so many sweet and thoughtful connections with artist minded and tea fueled spirits. If you have gotten the chance to spend any time in the tea room over the years, you might have been served by @BirdieBusch or @jesse_hale_moore . Or perhaps you have waited in line while @richiegretz gets his monthly dose of loose leaf and bags the 5% discount we honor when you bring in your own container. Or perhaps you stopped by while @koofibi was recording one of the many @randomteasessions . These 4 humans have contributed their keen eye, gracious spirit and appreciation of the magic of the present moment with their photographs of our Tea Missions, Tea Sessions, Art Exhibits, Concerts and with their belief in the RTR ethos, which I am very pleased to share with you now.

This year, we are delighted to team up with @randomteaphilly to provide a tasting of three hand-blended teas inspired by herbs grown in our Benjamin Rush Medicinal Plant Garden.
Guests will learn about the medicinal benefits of everyday herbs and plants while enjoying tea sandwiches and desserts. They can also explore the Museum and take part in Mütter's Day activities!
