SO ! Here is a jam where i'm playing with my modular and actually, i recorded this session (that's the way i compose mostly my tracks)

OH MY GODNESS ! Taiga is just arrived at home and i wanted to share just a mini-jam for this first run with the beast !
As always, Pittsburgh Modular rocks !
I decided to patch my Taiga in the Wolf (preamp / EQ ) from PGH too !
And as i deeply love this brand, you can also see a second Wolf, a Dynamics Controller Bat and also a Polar Bear (for Snare) :D
You can hear too a Pizza from Bastl which pass through Steady State Gate (SSF) and the WMD Orion (phaser), and an other voice with Plaits through Dynamics Controller Bat, through Teinte and Faille Temporelle from Sovage Engineering (<3) for some crazy feedback break :D
Too much to say ... But yeah, working hard here, don't share too much for the moment but : i promise that all that work will be release soon to you folks <3

Time to experiment and i find a really cool thing about the Llama from Pittsburgh Modular. Actually it’s a Kick Drum module but i now use it like a VCO !
Yeah !! The trick is that instead of sending a trigger in the trigger input, i send it a Square wave from my Mangrove oscillator which is sequenced and i also send it to the audio mod input the pulse out from the wonderfull Primary Source Oscillator from Pittsburgh Modular.(Yeah, i deeply love Pittsburgh Modular … <3)
This thing is possible of course because the module is analog !! :)
Finally, i grab some drums to put it in context, and guess what, the Snare Drum is the Polar Bear from : Pittsburgh Modular !! Héhé 😛
That’s why i love modular , finding unpredictable things !

Working on something really inspiring. Just tested out some arranging in live, but definitely gonna finish this track ! This is my first patch with the amazing Harmonic Oscilator from Verbos and the Pizza from Bastl. The Drums are provided by WMD modules (that i love so much !) and of course lots of modulation going on with Ochd/Rnd from the Master Divkid ;) And also a Stereo Strip to keep an hand on EQ and Volume of the magic sparkles :D Of course on this one some of you will see my inspiration by an amazing french artist that i love so much : Rone ❤️ Hope you enjoy it.

As always, the wonderful Mangrove from Mannequins as a bassline with it’s new companion the Wave Packets from Auza , thru the Mimeophon (Make Noise) and Data Bender (Qu-Bit Electronics).
The Mangrove is processed by the amazing Natural Gate from Rabid Elephant (god, this is the best Low Pass Gate of the world : so musical ! Just gorgeous !)
There is also some resonnance sweeps from the Black Lpg from Erica Synth thru the amazing Starlab reverb from Strymon (arrrh , this thing is a pure beauty)
And of course, the beats are provided by the Quad Drum (VPME), the Boubou (Quanalog), and the Llama and the Polar Bear from Pittsburgh Modular (Never heard such an amazing snappy snare and a tight kick ! Nice work guys !)
All of this are processed by the Prism filter by Qubit (Hell Yes!), the Percall from Befaco (choky choky 🎶),and the QSC from Frap Tools (i love there modules …). I finally pass all of this in the beast ! Aka Ruina Versio from Noise Engineering for nice stereo distortion (<3)
And of course some pad from the Novation Peak and extra drums from the Elektron Digitakt
What i forgot ? A lot of thing ^^ So much to say ! But the heart of this patch is here :)

I was waiting the Wave Packets from Auza Audio for a long time, and finally got it !
Just unboxed it, wire some cables, tweak a little bit, and BOOM ! Just ACE ! I’m loving it.
No notes added, just « drones » it, self patched with « the pure oscillator » into Glide CV input, and an LFO to the Waveshaper CV Input.
So i need to share just this little « first try », and had some beats to put it in a context.
I’m gonna to explore it right now, so, sorry, i’m busy now … Ahah :)
Really excited about this amazing little UK company (it’s the first module from them, so i definitely keep an eye for the next ones …)

Loving the Mannequins modules (Mangrove’s, Just Friend, Three Sisters), sequencing with the amazing Metropolix and give some drums from VPME’s Quad Drum and Euclidian Circles and Boubou from Quanalog, and make some mix with QSC , enveloppes from Fallistri and grab FX with Mimeophon from Make Noise
This is the base of this patch and now i’ll add some modulations to keep the music living on his own :)
Really excited about this new start :D
