I'm going to start with my first ever cosplay. I am hoping being on the other side of the camera will have given me some new insight and help me improve as a photographer. This cosplay means a lot to me - from 10 years ago going to my first convention and taking a picture /with/ a Kakashi cosplayer, to cosplaying as Kakashi myself. Not quite an intentional 10 year anniversary, but it still counts! I'm not sure exactly what was holding me back from cosplaying myself over the years, but being a part of this community and knowing so many great people definitely gave me the confidence to give it a shot. I'll be posting some other photos from the excellent photographers who were kind enough to take my photo back in May, since I bet they've been wondering why they even bothered with me not having posted them!
