Top o' the mornin, and a happy Friday!
I've got some new music for y'all. Two new releases on Just Move Records and Superordinate Dub waves.
1. Thorne Miller - Get Higher - A song from an absolute genius that has been in my playlist rotation for over a little more than a decade, it's one of those that always catch yoh by surprise and remember how damn good it is. I was offered the oppotunity to remix it, and I grabbed it with both hands already knowing which elements I wanted to use and add my flavour to. I hope you enjoy it, it was an absolute honour to work on this.
2. 21 The Isles of Tiboulen - A conceptual project created by @tamburranofrancesco bringing together a wealth of artists to paint the picture of the count of Montecristo on one massive canvas. Really excited about the dubby vibes incoming.

It's a bit quiet up in here, but man's been working and dealing with other real life thangs.
I haven't released a Rent's due session in a minute, and as the gigs have died down, I've been trying to focus on the production side of things and creating space for improvement on projects as well as collaborating with some of my favorite artists who I draw so much inspiration and knowledge from, which has been so enjoyable and refreshing too.
As a result, I have a few projects incoming and looking to finish up a few more.
First up is a remix of my favorite artist's song; Thorne Miller - Get Higher on Just Move records. This is a song that has been in my rotation since the days of late nights at stones Edenvale when kids were running around in tommy takkies, squeaking along all dance floors, through rooftop parties in jozi like the warm up and the low down, even squeezing it in at Truth upstairs. Huge one for me to be given the chance to work some of my imagination into it. Dropping the 8th of May!
And then, a release on a really cool project on Superordinate Dub waves depicting the chronicles of the count of Montechristo. A proper conceptual project which I enjoyed adding my flavour to.
Also a couple of projects incoming with one of the greatest dudes in the game; Phasen. Crazy to think I've followed him for so long and now to be working with him is seriously crazy. But the wavelength is matched and so are the vibes. I reckon there's alot more to come from us🤞🏼

Big weekend incoming. After the longest January, we back!!
First up, I'll be out at Elevation nights at Mødular with the Ninethflower crew, taking over the Hexagon floor for a 6 hour back-to-back set, get your reps in, because we are cutting, shapes!
And ending off the weekend at the one and only We House Sundays featuring D General and myself, along with the residents for the first one of the year. Kicking it off on the right foot, and the left. So get your dancing shoes warmed up!
Ps. If you see me surfing on the dancefloor or behind the decks, just know that Cunha did it.
