My parents, who were business owners. My dad was the second generation of what would become a three generation family business, and my mom, Wini, after whom I named my business. I started it up shortly after her passing, in honor of her but, also because I share in her love of beautiful things and the history behind them. My mom, Wini, who the business is named after, was an antique dealer with a fantastic eye & a vast wealth of knowledge. She also had a tremendous talent for artfully arranging items in an environment, the frustrated interior designer that she was. She was the complete package. I translate that passion to the human form. I love the people it brings together. Randolph attracts collectors, artists, designers, and people who genuinely appreciate history and craftsmanship. Some of my favorite moments are when someone picks up a piece and immediately connects with it or shares a story about someone in their family who wore something similar. It feels less like traditional retail and more like preserving little pieces of history. ❓WHO OR WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION FOR STARTING YOUR BUSINESS? I’ve always been fascinated by objects that carry history, especially jewelry. I love the idea that a piece can outlive generations and still hold emotion, craftsmanship, and personality. What started as a passion for collecting and studying vintage jewelry slowly turned into wanting to preserve and rehome these pieces so they continue to be worn and appreciated instead of forgotten - I took a leap a few years ago after some significant loss in my life - realizing that we’re only here one time and we might as well do what we love really gave me the motivation to live out my dreams. I’ve never regretted a single moment since. I absolutely love what I do. ❓WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COLOR PALETTE? BLACK! I’m drawn to rich, moody palettes — black, antique gold, oxblood, deep green, silver, ivory, and faded jewel tones.
