Foundation & Drill of Level-1 Beginner Hip Hop

After a good warm & stretch, we jump straight into FOUNDATION & DRILL where we go through everything that we have learnt in the class so far. It also helps them to get in a good rhythm for the class💫
All they gotta do is follow my lead & pay attention to what i am asking them to do.
This is so important & every Hip hop class must go through with it no matter what the level is.

How i run my Foundation, Drill & Quiz in my Beginner Hip Hop Class for young ones💫
So here’s how it works -
After warm up we jump immediately into foundation & drill where they just gotta follow me & go through everything that they have already learnt over the course of their training🔥
While we are drilling i can quiz them at any point.
For Eg - if we are doing a “ATL STOMP” or “BART SIMPSON” i ll ask them what’s the name of the move that we are doing?.
Humans can forget especially when they are as young as them. So constant quiz happening in the class keeps their knowledge upto date about the culture & their training which will really benefit them in a long run💫
