No matter who you are or what you’ve done, Jesus invites you to be a part of his Kingdom. You can be rescued and chosen as a co-heir—filled with love and purpose, and a part of his mission to see his Kingdom expand throughout the Earth.

Eternal Song is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever written, one of my favorite live worship moments I’ve been a part of capturing, and one of the songs our church has grabbed onto the most. The declaration of choosing to join the song of Heaven this side of eternity is one that I don’t believe can grow old, and will always be in line with the will of God. On this deluxe album we just released today, you’ll get to hear what this song felt like when I first wrote it, which is very special to me personally. But my favorite part of this song’s story is that the third time we did this song on a Sunday, @ashttton led it for the first time. The presence of God was so electric in the room, and something felt different about the anointing on her for this one. It was clear enough to everyone that just before @pastorpaulrc walked on stage to preach that day he stopped us backstage and said, “I’m making the call right now that Ashton leads that song at the live recording.” And I, along with I’m sure our whole church, could not have agreed more with that call. My hope is that this version can accompany your prayer time, your quiet spaces, and your moments of still reverence before the Lord. Jesus is worthy, holy, and most deserving of our eternal praise.
