For Jahnvi and Udayvir’s cocktail/sangeet at A DOT- @ranchcatering brought together a lively spread of counters that kept guests moving between flavours all evening. From Korean hot pot led by our very own Chef Jajo to crispy Tuscan melts made with hand-rolled focaccia, the evening unfolded with Indian staples, global favourites, sweet treats and plenty more to explore.
With each counter drawing its own crowd and flavours spanning across cuisines, it became the kind of evening where the food was just as much a part of the celebration as the music, the dancing, and everything else a cocktail night calls for.

For Ameer Bahl and Tanushree Gupta’s Sangeet celebration, @ranchcatering introduced an à la carte dining concept built around two studio kitchens placed within the main course area. Guests remained seated at their tables, selecting dishes from a curated menu while each order was prepared and plated directly from the kitchens in real time.
Nearly 600 guests were served through this pre-plated format, creating a dining experience where every plate arrived fresh from the kitchen- bringing a restaurant-style service to the scale of a grand wedding celebration.
