It’s the perfect “old Austin” place that’s a little louder, a little weirder, and a lot more fun. With live music on the patio, and equal parts honky tonk energy and laid back hangout, it’s the perfect place to sip cocktail and enjoy the music! 🤠🤠🤠 An inspiration of Texas-style comfort food, we started with the Ranch 616 queso, with pico, torreado pepper relish, avocado crema, queso cotija, with crispy flour tortillas and El Milagro chips. We then got the chipotle caesar salad with cotija croutons, cotija cheese, and chipotle caesar dressing. We tried the country fried steak with eggs, country potatoes, and black pepper -applewood bacon creamy gravy. What first drew me in 20 years ago, was their desert landscape, with Ole Blue (whales tongue agave) out front and center.
