Research and analysis
My research involved studying personal stories of migration, as well as the visual and cultural expressions associated with displacement and assimilation. By exploring both voluntary and forced migration patterns, I developed an approach that incorporates oversized, protective garments, contrasting
textures, and multifunctional elements to represent the resilience, adaptability, and hardships
inherent in these journeys.
