We are excited to announce the completion of @frame new headquarters in Beverly Hills. 👖 🩵
Located in the heart of the Beverly Hills Fashion District, this project involved a full transformation of their 30,000 SF floor. We delivered private offices, conference rooms, open workstations, huddle rooms, an atelier and creative collaboration areas, a clothing showroom, and a beautifully curated art gallery, along with a sophisticated pantry breakroom and elegant events lounge. Upgraded finishes, modern lighting, fully coordinated MEP systems, a custom operable partition, and associated structural work were all integrated to support a flexible, highly creative work environment.

April update: Raising Cane’s is taking shape. 🏗️
This past week we hit 5,000+ man hours on site — with the irregular elliptical halo progressing, LED Samsung screens being prepped for install, and foundation and interior framing advancing across the board. Partnering with Raising Cane’s on a location this visible, right in the heart of Hollywood Park steps from SoFi Stadium, is something our team is genuinely proud of.

Meet Macy Hord, our talented Marketing Coordinator! From designing fun, eye-catching marketing collateral to collaborating with teams across every office, she brings creativity and connection into everything she does.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Macy with her husband (her high school sweetheart!) and their dog River, spending weekends on their boat with friends and family. She also loves baking homemade sourdough and grew up wakeboarding and dirt bike riding, so she’s always up for a little adventure. 💫

Excited to share the completion of our latest project for Iteris! 🎉
This second-generation interior office tenant improvement transformed 6,169 SF of existing space into a refreshed environment tailored for today’s workplace. The project included full interior demolition followed by the construction of new wall partitions, upgraded finishes, modern lighting, and custom millwork throughout. A furniture “Everwall” was also installed by Tangram Interiors.
Always rewarding to bring new energy into an existing space and deliver a clean, updated result for our client. Big thanks to everyone involved in making this one a success. 🔨💡

We’re proud to share the completion of Go Rentals’ Newport Beach office renovation. 🎉
This full floor tenant improvement was completed while the office remained fully operational, requiring careful coordination and phased construction to keep day to day business running smoothly.
The refreshed layout introduces private offices, executive offices, and a new boardroom, along with a lounge featuring custom millwork. A new breakroom and upgraded finishes throughout bring a more modern, comfortable, and functional feel to the workplace.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful planning and teamwork can transform a space without disrupting operations.
