THEY SING TO THE WATERS OF NOW We gathered in Barmera to scheme and dream for our new film project They Sing to the Waters of Now. Li (director), Alysha (producer), Stu (DOP), the Ramble crew and Poe (dog) read through the script together and ventured across Barmera to scout locations for our film week in October. We're so excited to get started on this project and will be working on pre-production during Teen Ensemble through term 2 and 3. Thanks to Country Arts SA and Regional Arts Australia for supporting this project!

WHYALLA FILM CAMP We took our Teen Ensemble over to D'faces in Whyalla to film short horror films we've been collaboratively developing through term one! These films will be part of a much bigger six-short-film-anthology project D'faces is undergoing this year. We camped out in the D'faces hall for three nights, explored the mangroves, made fake vomit, graffitied a D'faces toilet cubical, tested out silk acrobatics, and tackled a playground on a late-night shoot. So wonderful to see our young people connecting across regions and creating something great together. Well done to everyone, what a huge week! We can't wait to see how the films turn out 🩵 📸 Lovely shots by Sam!
