For breakfast we had brown rice and buckwheat porridge, kefir, maple stewed cranberries, roasted nut butter, fruits and bee pollen.
Kumquat jam, cheeses and butter to go with bread.
For lunch buckwheat soba noodles or wild rice, persimmon kimchi, roasted sprouts, braised daikon, silken tofu, steamed salmon and a tea egg. There is one picture… of the leftovers in a to go box.
For drinks cold Hojicha with honey.

A few weeks ago I made tamago and fruit sandos,
a salad with the first tomato’s and strawberries, a green salad with beans and ponzu and tarte tatin. It was simple but good and cute lunch, I think :)

All ingredients used to create our dishes are sourced from several different markets in Amsterdam. These intimate, carefully prepared and hosted private diners, serve as a meeting point for anyone that can share our excitement for being in an old monumental building in Amsterdam, surrounded by likeminded people, while enjoying handcrafted Ralli dishes.
We would like to thank our first guests for making our first experience one to never forget.
