This was one of our first big AI experiments.
When lip-sync didn’t exist and AI filmmaking was still new, we set out to create something timeless - Baby Hanuman.
Using ComfyUI, we built this 30-second video with AI-generated visuals, voiceover, and music, testing how far early AI tools could go.
The result was beyond what we expected - and it still feels special today.

Before Raj Studios AI, we were experimenting with something far ahead of its time - keeping a single character consistent in the AI world.
This video was made entirely using local node-based AI software and old, low-resolution images of our mascot Dhruv Shah from Raj VFX, originally sourced from a social media platform.
We wanted to see if AI could learn identity, emotion, and continuity from limited data - a challenge that started when we were approached for a project involving a character from the 1900s who no longer exists today.
The test succeeded.
Dhruv’s likeness was trained across frames using BFL Flux and Stable Diffusion, marking our first major breakthrough in AI character training.
The song “Tanhayee” from Dil Chahta Hai became the perfect backdrop to that moment - quiet, introspective, and full of creative persistence.
