A great piece by @wonjae.park76 , published in @artasiapacific Sept/Oct 2025 issue. I couldn’t agree more with the points raised there. And yes — Can we ever return to where we began with art? Not to hold onto outdated ways of thinking or making, but to recognize and respect art for what it is.

Judy Chung‘s @judychung_ solo show opens this Friday night @rainraingallery . I won’t be able to make it back to New York in time due to some family matters, but the show is very much happening!
Judy will be there at the opening, along with Claire Kim @mediumrareclaire , who wrote the exhibition essay—huge thanks to both of them. My friend and art advisor Kailin @olklklo@artvest_nyc will also be there on my behalf—please say hi if you see her. Thanks as well to Kosuke @teppennisiri for the beautiful installation, and to my wonderful interns Rebecca @hiirebecca_a and Mandy @1umn_ua , who I’ve been working with remotely to get everything ready.
