The CDC recommends getting tested for HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia at least once a year. If you have multiple or anonymous partners, they recommend testing more frequently (every 3 to 6 months)! 📅
Finding somewhere to get tested might seem scary, but RAIN makes it easy! We offer free 🆓 and confidential 🤫 HIV/STI testing 👍🏽

What started as “let’s grab a few shots” somehow turned into a full dance floor moment with everyone pulling out their phones, turning on flashlight mode, and ending the night filming a TikTok because the energy was just that good. It’s one of our biggest years ever, with an unprecedented number of events and community moments that kept HIV on the radar all year long.
In 2025 RAIN:
🔺provided 575 people living with HIV access to vital medical care and supportive resources tailored for their individual needs.
🔺gave 1,871 individuals free and confidential HIV and STI testing.
🔺connected 127 individuals to prescribing physician to obtain PrEP, the medication to reduce the risk of exposure to HIV.
🔺signed up 196 people living with HIV for health insurance that meets their unique health needs..
🔺provided 84 youth, adults and seniors mental health counseling either virtually or in person.
