Slowly I’m getting used to this specific diet I have to be on. My body was going thru it!! But now that I’m eating better my body seems to be liking the change 😅 I have gone thru a lot from memory loss and having to reteach myself stuff to not being able to properly digest food to heart issues and extreme fatigue - everything was trying to take me down.. but I decided I can’t let this take me out!! I been working closely with my drs and abiding by this strict diet and I’m seeing major results!! My future doesn’t look so bad and I’m happy with how much better I’ve been feeling lately. Thanking the Most High every chance I get!!
Message for today: enjoy EVERY moment and never never NEVER give up!! See y’all out and about this summer and prayers to everyone else who is fighting battles and winning when you didn’t think you could! 🤲🏽💫🫶🏽🥳✊🏽🥰
