It’s been quite awhile since I’ve shared my flow (or anything lol) but I realized recently it’s year 10 of my hula hoop journey!! A practice that I always circle back to 🤭, someplace I always feel hOMe, something that’s connected me w countless people n places n experiences through the years. I look around at other flow artist & I’m constantly inspired even when it’s so easy to compare & contrast styles lvls techniques etc but the point is to connect to ur flow state & share ur uniqueness. The sacred art of remembering n forgetting n then remembering again. Tis with life! Break out of ur patterns ur used to, unlock parts of ur brain u forgot about, & just enjoy ur flow state & uniqueness. Allow urself the freedom to play & experience joy without expectations! Learning and unlearning. Falling down and flying through. My death and darkness is equivalent to my life and light. Looking at my pain and mistakes in the eye w forgiveness and grace. Understanding that nobodies messing with you but you~ ⚡️⚡️💀🌹I’m at 25 days sober. Hard energetic reset. Maybe I’ll enjoy a tasty cocktail at my leisure in the future maybe I’ll just keep vibing. But rn, this is what I need. Focus. Clarity. Intentional living. All good things, in all good time. & there’s so many beautiful big things to come w my art but rn I’m keeping it simple. Keeping it clean. Nothing left to do but be kind. Kind to myself and kind to the people around me that continue to lift me up. We’re all made of stardust and that includes darkness.
