The 'Ashes of the Emipre' story continues with 'The Tyrant'
The child was born to a dying planet. In his youth, he looked out into the darkness finding planets covered in oceans, vibrant landscapes, and singularly pristine atmospheres, orbiting bright, shining stars. He looked to his home, a husk world, its riches burned away by generations of hubris, its star a fading ember in the fire of the galaxy. A world that would be barren within his lifetime.
This world was torn with wars, the beleaguered population scrambling for what little scraps they could glean from the residue of their planet. As the child grew, he gained an understanding of the value of power, a drive to control the will of those who would meet his ends. As he sought to dominate the planet, his armies would crush those who sought to oppose him.
His first planet conquered, The Tyrant bled dry the final resources of the planet that had given him life, building a fleet of warships that would eventually subjugate the galaxy. The cost of countless lives irrelevant to him. Just the first step on a path that would burn through the cosmos. He looked to the stars, burning brightly with the resources he had coveted.

In the vast cosmic expanse, a formidable ancient civilization emerges, driven by a singular mission: the conquest of every world in the galaxy. At its helm stands a relentless supreme being, unwavering in the pursuit of a singular ambition—to ascend as the indomitable Galactic Emperor. No force in the universe can deter this cosmic ruler, as galaxies become the canvas for an epic saga of conquest and ascension.
Their journey unfolded like an interstellar symphony, resonating with echoes of conquered realms. The once-unyielding planets now bore the marks of submission, their civilizations absorbed into the ever-expanding dominion of the ancient empire. The supreme being, fueled by an insatiable desire for power, relentlessly pressed forward, leaving a trail of celestial conquest in the wake of their cosmic odyssey.
In the climax of their cosmic campaign, the supreme being, having subdued every resistance, stood at the nexus of the galaxy. With conquered worlds orbiting like loyal satellites, the ancient civilization crowned their indomitable leader as the Galactic Emperor.
