📣 We are acting for #DrSaraAjaz & are appealing to the #EAT on the #ET’s decision to strike out her claim for #whistleblowing detriment on the basis that she relied on the same protected disclosures from a claim she settled in 2018.
There are important #publicpolicy considerations at play as it means that a #whistleblower who settles a claim for detriment having made #protecteddisclosures, can continue to be subjected to further detrimental treatment for those same disclosures without any further recourse.
