Each year on December 13, the Druk Wangyel Festival feels like Bhutan opening its heart. Held at Dochula Pass between Thimphu and Punakha, standing there watching masked dances and listening to traditional music unfold beneath the Himalayan peaks and the 108 chortens, I felt both humbled and deeply moved.
So grateful to @yangpheladventuretravel for the opportunity to witness such a meaningful moment, a quiet reminder of how gently, proudly, and beautifully Bhutan holds its traditions.
